Here is an amazing recipe for dinner tonight-Ginger Salmon
1TBSP coconut oil, 1/4 cup water, 2tsp fresh grated ginger, 1TBSP umeboshi vinegar and 2 4oz. Wild salmon
Mix oil, water, ginger and vinegar and then marinade the salmon
Broil the fish skin down approximately 6-8 minutes
Baste the remaining marinade once or twice while boiling and use remaining as a side for serving
If it were me, I would pair 1/2 cup sweet potatoes with grass fed butter and 2 cups of roasted Brussels sprouts
