Monday Morning Mashup

Happy Sunday evening to you all! I truly hope each and every one of you have a blessed weekend celebrating life and love. I went to a wonderful ceremony celebrating the life and creation of us all today, and it was extremely moving. My long weekend away from electronics was also wonderful and definitely needed!

Speaking of moving, get your bodies going tomorrow morning with this quick little workout!!

Warmup 3 Rounds:

30 seconds jump rope

10 air squats with 0 weight

12 crunches

Skill: 3 rounds

6 lunges on each side with moderate weights; can be stationary or walking

8 push-ups

50 jumping jacks

Workout: 10 minutes of work

10 air squats with a jump

30 sit-ups

5 push-ups

20 meter sprint
