Workout for Today!

I’ve been awake since 4am by choice. I love waking up before the sun and everybody else. Not only can I meditate, but it refreshes my soul. I had a few clients, my own workout and now lunch. I will be playing basketball for the first time in 2 years this afternoon, but I cannot tell you how excited I am!!!! It’s my first love. If you played sports, you understand the love for the game or events. Sure it is all in good fun, but when it gives back to you in many ways, you start to really appreciate it as part of your life.

I’ll save the sap story and get to the workout, but first how much water did you drink today? I’m already up to a gallon and it’s 2:38pm CST. Come on people, get drinking! It’s 5 o’clock somewhere!

Workout:

3 rounds:

Jumping jacks for 30 sec, 10 push ups 8 air squats, plank hold 30 seconds

Skill: 2 rounds

Jump squats-8
Sit-ups-30
Skip for height-6

Workout: Every minute on the minute-12

Jump squats with weight-7
Lunges-7 on each leg
Step ups with weight-7
