Workout of the Day!

Warm up 3 rounds:

15 push ups

30 second plank hold-high or forearm

6 bird dogs on each side

Skill for 2 rounds:

12 Split squats (stand with your feet in a lunge position and squat down)

4 star jumps (you jump in the air and let your arms and legs flare out to the sides and say you’re a star!)

8 tricep extensions (weight is behind your head and your elbows are pointed to the sky. Extend the arms overhead)

Workout: 5 rounds

30 sit ups

30 second wall sit

30 jumping jacks
